Terms of Service – Felanis

§1 Scope and Definitions

(1) The following Terms of Service apply to all purchases made between Felanis and a consumer through our online store, in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

§2 Formation of Contract

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online store at https://www.felanis.com.

(2) In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the contract is made with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but is a non-binding invitation to the consumer to place an order. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

(4) The order process consists of the following steps:

Selection of the desired goods
Review of the shopping cart
Clicking the "Checkout" button
Entry of delivery and payment information
Review and confirmation of all entered data
Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Pay now" or "Place order" button

Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct their information at any time. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order with an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer.

(5) We will send you the order details and our Terms of Service by email. You can also view the Terms of Service at any time at https://www.felanis.com/pages/terms-of-service.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment

(1) All prices are displayed in the currency of the respective market (USD for the US market). Shipping costs are included in the checkout process and shown before order completion.

(2) The following payment methods are available:

(3) Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery to the United States will take place within 5–10 business days. The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded.

(2) We ship internationally from our warehouse in Europe. All orders include a tracking number sent directly to your email address.

(3) The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are handed over to the buyer.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§6 30-Night Sleep Trial & Returns

(1) We offer a 30-Night Sleep Trial on all Felanis products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

(2) To initiate a return, please contact us at info@felanis.com with your order number. We will guide you through the return process.

(3) Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

(4) If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@felanis.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional charge.

(5) For EU and EEA consumers: In addition to the 30-Night Sleep Trial, you retain your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under European consumer protection law. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@felanis.com.

§7 Warranty

The statutory warranty regulations of the applicable jurisdiction apply. For US customers, our 30-Night Sleep Trial provides a straightforward satisfaction guarantee. For EU customers, statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with applicable European law.

§8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Felanis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

§9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

(1) These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable local law.

(2) For US consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws.
